In a word, it has great unbalance, it need be balanced. Because this part cant be added balance quality directly as
3、 the limitation of the condition, in order to balance and machining the part, we design a clamp which is easy to install the balance quality. Then assemble them to do the balance, after computing analysis and balance it in theory, get the bulk and direction of the balance quality, then have a emulat
4、ion analysis to their movement and force by simulating the mode of balance machine and the support mode of the lathes main shaft, then simulate the machining situation and measure the force to the brace, then obtain some conclusion.the detail context is next. 1 Setting up the model of the autoregula
5、tion arm ,by analyzing it quality specialty and unbalance characteristic we designed the clamp which is used for machining its inner whole, and design the device of installing the emendation quality. 2 Computing the theoretic unbalance of the part, and analyze its unbalance characteristic, and then
6、have a theoretic balance emendation and its precision and error analysis. 3 Analyze the characteristic of the balance machine, and have a emulation analysis to the clamp and its part by simulating the mode of balance machine and the support of the main shaft of the lathe, then analyze the supports f
7、orce in some rotating speed, get the speed satisfying the use.
