2、装置结构技术要求:1、不改变原主传动结构,解决结构与构造难题;2、主辅传动独立传动,不得联动;3、输出力矩合理;4、输入配置电机:满足要求。2.国内外研究现状简述立式辊磨机(立磨)越来越广泛地用于水泥厂生产线。新建现代化水泥生产线中,煤、生料的粉磨采用立式磨粉机者占 90以上,水泥熟料和矿渣粉磨采用立式磨粉机者越来越多,所以在现代化水泥工厂中,立式辊磨机已成为工厂工艺过程重要装备,这是它一系列的优良特性所决定的,一部分属纯机械技术,另一部分是工艺过程的先进性。 立式辊磨机的发明是受农村碾磨粮食的石头碾子启发。现代的立式辊磨机是从 l 906 年起开发的,至今已经过近百年不断改进,经历了通过离心
3、力给磨辊施压到用弹簧加压,到现在用液压气力弹簧系统加压。被粉磨物料从最软的煤到中等硬度的水泥原料到硬脆的水泥熟料和矿渣。对于水泥工业来说,新型干法分解炉技术的发明,回转窑产量的翻番和大型化,使得立式辊磨机结构得到不断改进和大型化,从而满足了一窑配磨的要求。 CP_公司彼得立磨:在世界上使用着的 750 多台彼得立磨,有将近 500 多台用于磨煤,有近 100 台用于磨石膏。彼得磨具有坚固耐用的结构,在研磨部位没有任何轴承或润滑点。这种设计使该磨机可在 700高温下操作使用,可达到最佳的干燥状态,甚至可用来煅烧石膏。 MB 立式辊磨粉机:它吸收了彼得磨的优点,即在磨辊内不用辊子轴承,而采用3 个
