3、ntrate on their present positions to contribute more to the firm.On the other hand,different experiences makes life more marvelous,so job-hopping may give the job-hoppers different and unforgettable feelings of real life.On the contrary,it is quite uneasy for us to make a harmony and stable company.It is so bad a feeling for the manager when the key worker decided to live and to find same position in other company.That is a great loss for the talent reserve.
