2、、調節滲透潛勢等。研究指出水稻在鹽及乾旱的環境中脯胺酸的含量皆顯著增加,但以過量的銅處理,則會降低水稻的脯胺酸含量。在抗氧化酵素的活性方面,水稻在鹽的逆境下,glutathione reductase (GR) 的活性隨著鹽度的增加而減少,catalase (CAT) 及 ascorbate peroxidase (APOX) 的活性隨著鹽度的增加而上升,而 superoxide dismutase (SOD) 的活性則隨著鹽度的上升沒有變化。 根據以上結果顯示,水稻在逆境下本身能形成特殊的防禦機制,以減少環境逆境所造成的傷害,使植物體得以生存。關鍵字:逆境、脯胺酸、抗氧化酵素Abstract

3、It will cause the injury to the plant body itself that the plant is in the adverse environment. The present studies had found that plant have a large number of accumulate proline under the environment stress such as lack water, salt stress, chilling stress and heavy metal. The accumulate proline of

4、plant can protect enzyme, stable membranes, scavenge hydroxyl radicals, abate lipid peroxidation, adjustment of osmotic potential. The study indicated that the proline content had both remarkable increase in salt and drought condition, but decrease the content of proline under excess copper stress.

5、In the aspect of antioxidant enzyme activity in rice under the salt stress. The glutathione reductase (GR) activity decreased with increase in salinity. Catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APOX) activities increased with increasing salt stress in rice. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity showed

6、 no change in rice under increasing salinity.
