For example Da Vinci, born in a very rich family, without much help from government, become a tremendous artist and contribute much to the flourishment of arts at that time. 8、mplete and valid.On the other hand, the latter opinion posed on the issue is not logical enough as well. The funding of government might, in some scenarios, will worsen the integrity of arts. Without elucidated prerequisites and sufficient evidence mentioned above, any interference will be congruous and irrational.
