1、雅思听力考试高分要诀,一. 语言水平听力究竟听什么?语音、语调、语气是其一;单词、短语、成语是其二;语法、句型、结构是其三。这也是传统听力教学所强调的语音、词汇、语法三要素。1、语音 语音是口语、听力的基础,考生如果许多英语单词发音不准,又不熟悉这些词语的正确发音,在听录音捕捉信息时,自然就对不上号了。所以听力训练时不妨一方面尽可能纠正自身错误的语音和语调,另一方面至少要熟悉常见语句的发音,边听边念。,(1)连读,两个意义连贯的词语,如果前一个词以辅音结尾,而后一个词以元音开始,在口语中则可以连起来读。此外,某些辅音与辅音,元音与元音,也可以连起来读。这种现象称为“连读”。考生在雅思听力考试中

Ellen seems quite cold until you get to know her.,(3)弱音,英语如同音乐,有其韵律和节奏,一般规律是轻重相间,实义性词语重读,功能性词语(介词、冠词等)轻读。特别是英语口语中有大量的缩略词:m, re, s, ve ll, d, nt,还有表示名词复数的s, 表示动词分词的-ing,与-ed,表示比较级的er等等都念弱

7、音,还常常因为其后的词语而连读,失去爆破,,d,考生在雅思听力中埋怨“听不清”和“听不见”也多在于此。例如: two hundred and eight dollars在雅思听力中,and经常弱读成n ,并和后面的辅音构成连读,因此常有考生分不清楚是$280 还是$290.试区分下列两组读音: He is tall. He isnt tall. I can do it. 12、叹、推测和特殊疑问。但否定疑问句念升调表示强烈肯定,陈述句念升调表示否定。例如:A. Can Tom really cok?这是一般疑问句,用升调,表示说话人不明白,即 I didnt realsise Tom could cook. 但是如果can 念特重音,全句语调由高到低,结束时略升,表示相当怀疑,即Toms cooking,Skills arent very good.B-Would you call a taxi to take me to the bus station?-Call a taxi? Ill take you myself.Call a taxi? 是一省略句,表示: You want me to call a taxi? 凡词序按陈述句排列,念升调的问句,往往表示不同意,用来否定初衷。在此表示:I will not call a taxi, 因为Ill take you myself.C. I thought the homework was due in on Monday.我以为星期一交作业。,用一般的语调读这句话,潜在含义:你认为什么时间交呢?如果重读homework,潜在含义为:现在我才知道星期一要考试,而不是交作业。如果重读Monday,潜在含义为:其实是星期二交作业。因此,考生必须准确地理解录音中说话者所使用的词汇及其语调。,
