13、lity. 9. 领导交办的事情要迅速处理,并及时汇报处理结果,遇到特殊情况应及时向领导请示报告。Deal with and report the result of the job timely after it is assigned by the executive and immediately report any unexpected issues about the job to the executive. 10. 汇报工作应突出重点、简明扼要;请示工作应同时提出工作建议;领导安排部署工作时,员工要带好笔本、做好记录。Be precise and focused when re
14、porting any job to executives and make suggestions while applying for job assignment. Any employee should take notes while the executive is arranging and assigning jobs. 11. 参加会议前应提前熟悉相关资料并拟定发言提纲。Be informed of relevant documents and prepare outlines for speech before attending any meeting.2812. 外出参
15、加会议或社会活动后,应收齐相关资料,并将会议精神或活动内容及时向上一级领导汇报。Collect relevant information after attending any meeting or social events and timely report the intent of the meeting or event to your reporting manager. 13. 各类会议要坚持节俭朴素,会场不得制作背景板、不摆放花草水果、不发放记录笔本,不发放纪念品。Be frugal to convey any meeting without any backdrop, pot
16、ted flowers or supply of fruit, notebooks or souvenirs. 14. 不得组织参会人员旅游和与会议无关的参观。Dont entertain the meeting attendees with any tourism programs or visit unrelated to the meeting. 15. 严禁组织高消费娱乐、健身活动。Any expensive entertainment or body build activities are prohibited. 16. 接待外宾及来访者,应注重接待礼仪,保持公司形象。Receiv
17、e any foreigners or visitors in accordance with the reception courtesy to maintain the image of the company. 17. 热情接待基层来电来访,主动了解需求,积极提供服务。Receive grass-root visitors or calls and enquire about their request to find effective solutions to any issues arising. 3.4工 作 纪 律3.4WORK DISCIPLINES1. 按时上下班,不迟到早
18、退。因故无法正常到岗时,需提前向上一级领导请假并征得许可。未请假或请假未准擅离职守的按旷工处理。29Clock in or off on time without any delay or early leave. Apply for leave from your reporting manager in advance when you are not able to perform your duty. Any leave without application or approved application will be deemed as absence from work. 2.
19、 工作时间内不做与工作无关的事情;除沟通工作外,不得随意串岗。Dont do anything unrelated to your job or leave for other job sites without consent unless it is necessary for communication about the work. 3. 维护工作秩序,严守工作程序,不越级、越权办事。Maintain the order at the work site and strictly follow the operating procedures without any bypass of
20、 immediate leadership or authorization. 4. 服从指挥,令行禁止;如有异议,应按程序逐级反映,但在命令或制度修改前必须无条件执行。Abide by the instructions and orders from your supervisors unconditionally and escalate any disagreement to the executives before any amendment is made to any order or rules which you do not agree with. 5. 参加各种会议时须将
21、通讯器材置于静音状态,并保持会场秩序。All your electronic communication appliances must be set in silent mode to maintain the order of the meeting you are going to attend. 6. 同事之间、部门之间加强沟通、协调和相互配合,不推诿扯皮,不揽功推过;跨部门接受任务,须向本部门领导汇报。Increase communication between all the co-workers and divisions of the company for work prog
22、ress in coordination without any dispute, denial, buck-passing, or receiving work assignment from other divisions without informing your reporting manager. 7. 不得利用职权向下级企业谋取个人利益,不得收受商业客户和下级企业馈赠的贵重物品。30It is not allowed to use authorized power for personal gains from any affiliate of the company or receive valuables from any client or affiliate of the company. 8. 不得公车私用。It is not allowed to use the vehicles of the company for personal purposes.
