46、位(包括驻外单位)的全体员工(包括临时工)和外单位驻本公司从事生产经营活动的所有人员。3 安全生产监督职责3.1 各单位第一把手是本单位安全生产第一责任人,对本单位安全管理目标全面负责,加强日常监督管理。3.2 安全管理办公室负责对公司安全生产工作全面考核。4 考核目标全年实现“零事故 ”管理目 标。5 考核方式5.1 对考核单位月度安全生产工作效果全面考核,重点是各单位履行安全生产目标管理职责情况及各项安全生产工作完成情况。5.2 安全生产月度考核采取百分制。各单位安全绩效总分数,由安全文件编号:RZAQ-303 No:Copyright2009 RZAQ303 版本 1/第 4-3 页/第

47、 1 次修订管理办公室每月汇总后报经营管理部,用以核算各单位安全绩效金总额。5.3 考核目标分两部分。一部分为安全生产管理目标,满分 50 分;另一部分为日常安全管理工作目标,满分为 50 分,包括:(一)安全教育措施。车间安全巡查、班组综合安全检查、 员工岗位自检自查。 (二)安全检查措施。车间安全巡查、班组综合安全检查、员工岗位自检自查。(三)劳动安全卫生措施计划完好率、隐患整改率、设施完好率;保证措施。 (四)危险因素的控制和整改。对危险因素和危险点要采取有效的技术和管理措施进行控制和整改,并制定整改期限和完成率。 (五)安全控制点的管理。要求制度落实无漏洞、设备无隐患、人员无违章等。5
