9、o match with each of the statement: What would you like to do( to help) ?What could you do?Who would you like to help?4) Make the class repeat these sentences several times, and then find out the suitable answers 3from the statements in 1b. (For each question, there may be more than two answers.)5)

10、Ask some top students to do it as a model, then get the whole class to ask and answer the questions in pairs) Step 4 Oral practice (2a)1) Talk about the pictures in 2a. by asking Ss the following questions: (for picture a) What can you see in it? Check answers with the class.4) Get students to listen once more, and have the class follow and imitate it.5) Then raise the following questions for the class to answer: What day

16、attention to the phrasal verbs written on the blackboard. Get students to find out any other verbs among the sentences in 2b besides the phrasal ones (They are making, is, ask and come.) Then ask them to tell the differences. 3) Encourage them to give a brief explanation to each of the phrasal verbs

17、.4) Ask any volunteers to make up a sentence with each of the phrasal verbs.Step 8. I want _. 6. _7. _8. _教材分析和设想一 教材分析:1教材的地位和作用。 外语教学课堂中的任务是指学习者运用目标语进行交际以达成某一结果的活动。 UNIT 8以 Volunteering 为话题,本课时为该单元第一课时,主要为以后几个课时的进一步不学习打下词汇,交际功能句型的基础,为最终完成本单元的任务做好充分的准备。根据初中生学习英语的特征:要有明确的语言学习目标,多任务围绕一个主题展开,对此,本教案设计时也充分考虑到让学生在一个外语环境中理解情景、并初步完成一个实实在在的任务。2教学目标:1)认知目标:重

23、点教学 hanger , homeless, volunteer cheer up, give out , put off, set up, come up with 等基础词汇。同时掌握: Id like to work outside.You could give out food at a food bank. Ill help clean up the city parks.等目标语言。2)能力目标:1训练培养学生通过听力获取信息的能力,同时感受英语语音的美感。2通过听力模仿,让学生学会如何表达向他人提供帮助。 73)情感目标:培养学生关注社会,关心他人,并养成乐于助人的优良品质。 3

24、. 教学重点和难点:重点: a. 学会怎样使用短语动词,如:cheer up 等。 b. 学会怎样用目标语言表达提供帮助。 难点: a .动词词组与汉语的差异b. 怎样用目标语言进行简单的交际。 二 教材处理:根据以上对教材的分析,同时从所教班级学生实际出发,在教材处理上,将重点落在两个主要的环节上:一是听力模仿,二是口语操练。 同时每个环节又作了两次递进式的演练。这样可以相对降低学生的学习难度,同时也是贯彻顺序渐进的原则。从中巧妙地穿插帮助学生进行适当的归纳讲解,在此基础上再最后进入笔头练习,以期达到本单元的教学目的。三教学方法:本单元从一开始导入,就以任务型为驱动,坚持以教师为主导,学生为

25、主体展开师生双边及学生之间多边的对话, 并同时辅以由浅入深,层层推进,演绎归纳,听说并重的原则。 在具体教学过程中始终贯彻交际性原则,并不止一次采用 3P 模式(即 Presentation, Practice 和Production) 。四 教学手段:本课时以卡片和录音机为主要教学辅助手段。五 教学程序:1复习1) 利用卡片对已学过的单词进行快速复习。2) 学生两人一组进行对话复习表演。2新课导入(1a) 1)结合上一单元刚学过的内容,同时在学生对话的基础上,引导他们关注个别一些旅游景区存在的现象,自然引出“自愿者服务”的话题。2)借助 1a 提供的图画及相关的分话题,鼓励学生尽可能多的联想

26、出一些类似相关的“服务项目” ,即,他们所能想到的并可能准备去做的具体工作。通过这样的导入能直奔本单元的主题,并能温故知新,且衔接也显得较为自然。3听力训练(1b)81)在学生急于想更多了解“自愿者服务”的情况下,让他们听 1b 的三段对话录音,初步感受本单元即将学习的内容。在口头检查了学生的听力效果后,首次呈现以下三个功能句型:What would you like to do?What could you de?Who would you like to help?2) 在适当带读几遍后,让学生从 1b 中找出以上三个问题的相应答句,并进行简单的两两对话(1c) 。 通过这样的一问,一找,

27、一答,学生不但学会了自己发现问题,还提高了他们解决问题的能力, 同时也能起到加深对所学语言材料的认识,为后面的进一步操练做好准备。4口头对话 (2a) 就 2a 的图片与学生展开问答对话,为下一步的听力做准备。 5听力理解(2a-2b)1) 在听了第一遍录音后,与学生核对 2a 答案。2)放第二遍录音,请个别学生口头汇报他们的正确答案,与此同时也给其余学生(尤其是学习较落后的)再次核对答案的机会。3)就以上听力材料的内容,追问以下几个问题,使学生加深对对话内容的理解。可采取抢答的形式进行回答:What day is it going to be?When is Clean-up Day?Wha

28、t are the students planning to do?Can they put off making a plan (for it)? How many ideas have they come up with?What are they? 6. 讲解 phrasal verbs 1) 让学生自己从 2b 中找出所有动词和动词词组,然后再黑板上作简单的排列组合演示,帮助学生区别动词和动词词组的异同。 2)鼓励学生参照 Grammar focus ,, 尝试用英语解释一下其余动词词组的意思,或提供英语解释,让他们用动词词组找配对。最后在教师的帮助下尝试用这些词组造出自己的句子。97

29、口语操练 (2c) 1) 为进一步巩固所学内容,不断培养学生正确的语音语调,再放一次放录音让学生开口大声跟读。 2)给学生一定的时间进行 pair work 或 group work( 视学生程度而定)。 3)为了汇报/展示他们操练的成果(即任务完成的情况) ,邀请几组同学上台扮角色表演。 8 笔头巩固练习(Ex4 in Wb.)通过练习,巩固课时教学要点,同时可以反馈学生存在的问题,如有必要,可作适当的补充讲解。9. 归纳总结请学生简单概括回顾一下本课时的教学内容和要求,然后教师对课后进一步学习提出一定的要求。 10作业要求1)用下列动词词组各造一个句子:clean up put up call up hang out write down put off set up come up with 2) 两人一组编写一段小对话,讨论准备怎么帮助班级做好事。 (具体事情自定)
