3、上、脚下以及来往车辆，防止意外伤害；15.2 The workers must have card to work, and wear safety harness when working at height; 施工人员必须持证上岗，登高作业必须拴挂安全带；15.3 Suspended load if prohibited when the wind power is over Grade five, and preventing measures for electric-shock should be available at lightning storm weather;风力大于 5
4、 级时严禁进行吊装作业，雷雨天气应有防触电措施；15.4 All the electric tools must have electric-shock protecting machine and use safety voltage;使用的各种电动工具必须配有触电保护器，并使用安全电压；15.5 Prepare hot work permit if doing hot work at site, and a special person must be assigned to watch such work; 厂区内动火必须办理动火手续，手续齐全方可动火，且动火过程中必须有专人看护；15.

6、须确认安全方可使用；15.7 Clear immediately the sundries、filth and scrap after work every day and be house-keeping;每天施工结束时，及时清除现场杂物、污物、废料，保持文明施工；15.8 When the inside of some pipelines and equipments are cleaned, its inside must have good ventilation, adequate lightning equipment and perfect insulation, at the
7、same time arrange special person to watch; count the construction appliance prior to carrying out the inner cleaning and count again after finishing the work in order not to miss in the pipeline or equipment inside;部分管线、设备进行内部清扫时，其内部必须通风良好，具有足够的照明设施，且绝缘良好，同时设有专人监护，进行内部清理前，清点施工用具，工作结束后再清点一次，避免遗漏在管线或设
8、备内部；15.9 After complete the construction, inspect the site carefully, turn off the switch and cut off the electrical source and leave the construction site when ensure no potential fire risk at the site. When examine the site, lightning equipment for night work should be set and assign special person to watch at night.施工结束后，要仔细检查施工现场，确认无火灾隐患后，打下电源开关，切断电源，方可离开施工现场。施工检修现场，要设夜间照明并有专人夜间看护；
