1、冲压工艺及模具设计实验指导书1实验名称冲模的构造,安装和调试2实验目的1.熟悉典型模具的结构特点,工作原理及拆装工艺过程。2.了解模具上主要零件的功用,相互间的装配关系以及加工要求。3.掌握模具在压力机中的安装与调整方法。3实验用材料,使用工具及设备1.模具:单工序模;复合冲模;连续冲模若干套。2.工具及量具:游标卡尺,直尺,扳手,螺丝刀,内六角扳手,手锤,铜棒等常用工具。3.设备:适当吨位的曲柄压力机。4实验内容及步骤(1)拆装模具1.对已装配好的三种模具做仔细的观察,判断其各零件的功用及相互关系。2.按模具按上,下两大部分拆开,观察,了解模具中可见部分零件的名称,作用。初步了解该模具所完成

2、的冲压工序的名称,数量,顺序及其坯料与工件的大致形状。3.分别拆开上,下两大部分。依次了解凸,凹模的结构形状,加工要求与固定方法;定位部分名称,结构形式及定位特点;卸料,压料部分的零件名称,结构形式,动作原理及点位方式;导向部分的零件名称,结构形式与加工要求;固定零件名称,结构及所起作用;标准紧固件及其他零件的名称,数量和作用。在拆卸过程中,要记清各零件在模具中的位置及连接关系,以便重新装配。4.把已拆开的模具零件按上,下两大部分依照一定的顺序还原。5.画出该模具的装配草图,注明所有零件的名称,数量等。在拆装过程中,留心不要损坏模具零件,尤其对冲裁模的凹凸模刃口要注意保护。在重新装配前各零件要

3、擦拭干净。(2)模具的安装与调整1.测量冲模的主要安装尺寸,选定适用的冲床类型与规格。2.检查设备与模具能否正常工作。3.将连杆调至最短的位置。4.将上下模闭合,推至压力机工作台中心,使模柄对准滑块中心的模柄孔。5.用手搬动飞轮,使滑块至下死点,然后调整连杆长度,使滑块底面与模具上平面接触,并用压板等紧固件固定好上下模。6.小心地使压力机移动,注意模具有无障碍(尤其要注意下死点附近) ,用手搬动飞轮,用厚纸试冲一次,检查模具间隙等是否合理。7.开动空车 2-3 次,仍无异常,即可完全锁紧连杆,送入坯料试冲。亲爱的同学们:后面的实验报告内容自己在书上找个图,按着这个要求用英语写一下吧。5实验报告

11、the name, quantity and so on。In the disassembly and assembly process,Be careful not to damage parts of the die blanking die, especially pay attention to the protection of the cutting edge of punch and die。In various parts before reassembly to wipe clean.(2)Installation and adjustment of the die1.Mea
