17、ye! 各位老师大家下午好:非常开心有机会可以来成都和大家交流英语教学。这是非常好的机会,首先谢谢大家的听课,作为一个刚工作不到 4 年的新人来说,我更加需要在座老师的指导与建议,谢谢大家!下面我想简单地从以下四个方面来谈谈我本节课的设计思路。一以目标引领,关注课时目标的有效达成。在备课前,我们要明确本课时目标,并且给予高度地关注,争取做到到位而不越位。本节课我需要教的是一篇对话,它不是单词句子操练,也不是语法讲解课,所以我觉得就要把它上出对话味道,通过让孩子听、看、读来学习对话。也许这个学习过程中是有些枯燥的,但是没有关系,我们可以在后面的几个课时上加以操练并巩固。本节课的目标就是聚焦在对话

18、上。孩子是否能理解对话的内容,并且体会人物的情感。今天的对话我给学生的问题就是:What have Da Ming and Sam got? How do they talk? What happened? What will they do ? Can you give an ending?几个问题都是围绕这个对话展开,没有东扯西扯。紧紧围绕着目标。二抓住主线,体现对话教学的整体性。对话教学要注意整体呈现,并且抓住对话或者故事的一个主线。本节课的主线就是 Da Ming 和 Sam 在玩风筝的时候,风筝不小心被刮破了,变成了jigsaw puzzle. 明确了主线,在教学中就应关注这个故事是

19、如何发展的,引导孩子关注他们的对话,这里还要注意引导学生的情感。Da Ming 弄坏了风筝,表示歉意,他还很幽默地说了: Weve got a jigsaw puzzle. 而 Sam 也没有生气。教低年级孩子的同时也要特别注意他们的情感培养。学习对话的时候要注意体会人物的情感。三关注对话教学中年级学生学习兴趣的培养。本节课可以看出孩子的学习积极性非常高,成都的孩子很优秀。三四年级是英语学习的起始阶段,我们要特别关注孩子的兴趣和情感培养。像是我们平时用的 chant, 孩子就非常喜欢这种有节奏的东西。我们可以在呈现新知或者巩固操练时拿出来用,再比如游戏,要用得巧而有效是需要老师不断思考并总结的

20、。在关注孩子兴趣培养的同时,我们还应该紧密地结合评价方式。评价可以是多种多样的,老师的评价应该贯穿整个课堂教学。另外,也可以结合具体的上课内容,本节课我通过 Ive got a blue kite and a black kite.进行了评价。看谁的风筝飞得更高,这种方法比较受中年级学生的欢迎,并且满足他们的表现欲。我还记得在我上 Its nice 的时候,由于本课是谈论衣服的,我用过的评价是将 jacket, shirt, sweater, coat 拿出来,表现好的加星,当然评价方式是紧紧结合课题的,并不是每节课都要采用评价,评价也不是一层不变的,对学生学习的评价也不仅仅是靠一颗颗星决定的

21、,关键还是要教师有如此之强的意识。四课堂上充分给学生说话的机会。高年级的课堂需要给孩子留出更多的自主学习和思考空间,那中年级的课堂同样需要,只是孩子们对老师的依赖稍大一些。在设计本课的时候,我考虑地最多地是:如何让孩子多说话?我们的英语教学一般都是简单地师生对话,缺少太多的生生合作,今天在这堂课上我尽量地做到将话语权交给学生。首先通过各种形式多样的操练,突破了一个重点:Ive got a, 然后引导孩子来看Da Ming 和 Sam 有什么东西。这是第一部分。随后他们玩起了风筝,但是发生了小意外,风筝破了。 这是第二部分。两部分我都给了孩子表演的机会,中年级的孩子对表演是非常有兴趣的,也只能在中年级愿意尝试表演了,所以,我们除了教英语,还要了解孩子们的心理,这样我们的教学会更有针对性!学生也会觉得这个老师很了解我们,也就乐意学习了。还有最后的 Happy reading, 学生可以根据自己的实际情况自己读,和同桌读,读给老师听,这也是充分考虑到每个孩子的个性是不一样的,所以尊重孩子不仅仅是体现在教师的话语上,更重要的是教师在备课时,是不是真正地站在学生的角度出发,真正思考孩子的所想。只有了解孩子,才能为孩子的英语学习提供一个最好的环境。
