3、rom then OIL Japan was the first country get benefit from TQM. After practicing TQM，it bccamc a strong country in quality. Our country inducted TQM in 1970s, and made huge success in practicing it. In the process of joining in the world economics，the industry of petroleum and petrochemical fece fier

Facing the enormous challenge, the industry of petroleum and pedwhemical of our country must strong the quality management, improve quality management model，and build consummate quality management system and improve ihe quality of products continually.Recently, the theoretic research
5、 about TQM model and strategy of special industries is lack, especially of petrochemical industry. Meanwhile, there are some difficulties during the process of practicing TQM. Combining the research methods of direct investigate and indirect statistics，qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,
6、 theoretic research and demonstration andysis，this thesis research on the TQM model and strategy of Dalian Petrochemical Company. This research will give guidance to Dalian Petrochemical Company about how to carry out TQM, and then advance the enterprise competition and assure its stable, continuall
7、y development. Meanwhile, we hope this research will enrich the theoretic research of industry TQM theory.This thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part simply described the background, objective of the research and the content and research method of this thesis. The second part analyzed
8、 the basic research actuality and the develop trend, meanwhile, used USA and Japans experience of practicing TQM for reference. 10、品分析采用国际标准达到3 7.0 %另外环保水质方法为 150个，覆盖环保水质等的检测分析3.2.4质量控制现状分析公司目前的质量控制，主要通过保证一系列的管理控制程序来实现，主要 来说，有化工原材料采购、存和搬运控制程序、生产运行控制程序、工 艺过程控制程序、半成品搬运e 存控制程序、产品包装交付控制程序、产 品的监视和测量控制程序等，通过这一系列控制程序的贯彻，使公司的各个 部门，各个系统贯通，保证了对产品质量的控制。同时，质量环保检测中心作为质量控制中最关键的一环，将Q HSE目标和业 绩合同的目标指标体系融为一体，在中心内部，通过层层签订业绩合同形式， 进行目标指标分解，并通过严格的考核体系和办法保证实施和落实。
