This regulation is formulated in order to further promote the development of innovational education

Principlesgoverningfundingand usage of“ International Graduate ScientificsResearchProjects贓”:熱俣阃歲匱阊邺镓騷鯛汉。1.遵守有关法律、行政法规和学校财务规章制度，坚持科学公正、注重创新、择优资助、宁缺勿滥的原则。 留学生研究生科研创
12、新基金要专款专用，厉行节约， 使有限的资源发挥最大的效益。 坛摶乡囂忏蒌鍥铃氈淚跻馱。(1) Abide by related laws, administrative regulations and rules of ZUEL on finance; adhere to the principle of being scientific and just, centering on innovation, funding the best and quality before quantity. Funds for Research and Innovation Project of Gra
13、duate International Students shall be allocated for its specified purpose only, and shall be economized, producing the best possible results out of the limited resources. 蜡變黲癟報伥铉锚鈰赘籜葦。2.受资助的项目一般要求应有创新的内容、明确的目的、较大的意义、较好的实施条件、可操作的实施方案。(2) Funded projects are required to have innovative content, explic

There are two kinds of funding amount according to the type of the funded graduates:锹籁饗迳琐筆襖鸥娅薔嗚訝。1.硕士生实
17、践创新项目资助。主要用于资助硕士生在一、二年级专业课程学习期间开展的探究式实践活动， 引导研究生从事具有原始创新的实证研究， 解决实际问题。 鼓励研究生撰写高质量的社会调查报告， 并力求在研究方法、 研究内容上取得创新性成果。 资助额度为 2000元 / 项，每年资助 7-10 项左右。 構氽頑黉碩饨荠龈话骛門戲。(1) Funds for postgraduates project with innovation in practice: it is used to fund graduates tentative practical activities which are carried
18、 out in grade 1 or grade 2, guide the graduates to do empirical research with original innovation, and solve practical problems. Graduates are encouraged to write social investigation reports with high quality and make innovative2 / 5achievement in research methods and research contents. The funding

Procedure of project establishment1.申报人首先向学院提出申请。申报材料包括：留学生研究生科研创新资助立项申请书一式两份，必须含原件；相关

The application materials shall include: Project Application Form of Pecuniary Aid for International Graduate Scientifics Research Projects in duplicate (the original copy is requir
26、ed);relevant certificates; the cover of the periodical in whichthe research paper of a doctoral student publicly published, the abstract and duplicated first page of the research paper shall be attached when a doctoral student applying for project establishment; the electronic files of all the appli

29、unded and the corresponding students. The examination-approval result will be announced publicly for aweek, then official document will be issued provided that there is no objection upon the expiration of the public announce. 熒绐譏钲鏌觶鷹緇機库圆鍰。第九条组织实施9.Organization and implementation1.实行项目责任人制度。项目责任人负责完成
30、各项有关研究与实施工作，承担与项目有关的学术与法律责任。(1) System of assigning a person in charge of the project is adopted. The person in charge of the project shall be responsible for the complement of all the related research and implementation, andshoulder the academic and legal responsibility concerned with the project.鶼
31、渍螻偉阅劍鲰腎邏蘞阕簣。2.经费的使用实行专款专用。资助经费实行以拨代报，按两次拨付。确定立项后拨付资助金的 50%，结项以后再拨付剩余的 50%。 纣忧蔣氳頑莶驅藥悯骛覲僨。(2) Fund shall be allocated for its specified purpose only. The funds will be allocated in twice.50% of the funds will be allocated after the project is established and the other 50% will be allocated after the p

Conclusion of the project硕士生实践创新资助项目符合下列条件方予结项： 完成项目建设且提交的项目建设产生的社会调查报告、实践活动证明材料合乎要求；结项申报获本人指导教师及所在学院同意。濫驂膽閉驟羥闈詔寢賻減栖。Innovation project of a postgraduate cannot be concluded unless it meets the following requirements: The project construction has been compl

The college willreport them together toInternationalEducationSchoolafter firstreview, and the electronic files of all the applicationmateria

InternationalEducationSchoolwillinviteexperts to appraise theapplication for concluding the project reported by the colleges and finally decide the projects thatcan be concluded. The examination-approval result of the experts will be announced publicly for aweek, then official
