20、资源部为新员工建立个人档案;When new employees report for work, they will receive: staff manuals, dining cards, attendance cards, work nameplate, work uniforms, wardrobe and key, and more supplies from the Human Resources Department and for recipients of the registration receipt;新员工报到时领取:员工手册、就餐卡、考勤卡、工作铭牌、工作制服、更衣

21、柜和钥匙等,以上用品由人力资源部发放并作领用签收登记;The new entry procedures for staff, human resources and personnel departments do a good job of training new employees and the organization of work.新员工入职手续办理后,人力资源部和用人部门做好新员工的培训和工作安排。3.2Probation period 员工试用期Each employee is subject to a probationary period of 36 months. (P

22、robationary period included in the contract period.)If his/her your working performance is unsatisfactory, hotel can terminate of the labor contract.每位员工必须通过三至六个月的试用期。 (试用期包括在合同期内)若员工在试用期内,不符合录用条件,酒店有权与员工解除劳动合同。Each probationary employee has to attend a medical examination in the appointed hospital

23、and has to be certified medically fit for employment by the hospital appointed by the hotel.每位试用期员工必须接受指定医院的体检并且必须由酒店指定的医院提供证书证明其健康状况符合聘用标准。The first medical examination should be paid by the staff own. Hotel starts taking the medical examination for the staff once a year from the second year they e

24、ntered the hotel. If any person is found suffering from infectious diseases, his/her job should be suspended and meanwhile starting treatment, thus the health security of the company / hotel employees and customers can be ensured. During the treatment period, the salary and the welfare of the staff

25、will be implemented by relevant laws and regulations. If employees are found suffering from hepatitis or infectious diseases that can not be totally cured in the medical cure period ruled by the country, then they can not do the original work and the two-side labor contract will disarm naturally on

26、its own.首次体检费由员工自负。酒店员工入职后第二年起每年为员工体检一次,凡发现员工患有传染性等疾病,应予停职治疗,以确保公司/酒店员工及客户的卫生安全。治疗期间的工资及福利按有关法规执行。员工若被发现患有肝炎、传染疾病并且不能在国家规定的医疗期内治愈,并不能从事原工作,双方劳动合同将自行解除。- 20 -At the discretion of the hotel, you may be required to be medically examined, including X-ray and blood check from time to time.按酒店的要求,员工将需要接受不

27、定期的健康检查,包括 X 光检查及验血。3.3 Working hours, rest days and overtime 工作时间,休息日和超时工作In accordance with the Labor Law, the normal working hours shall be forty hours (meal breaks exclusive) average per week. At least 1 day off will be accorded to you per week.根据中华人民共和国劳动法规定,您每周平均工作时间应是 40 小时(不包括用餐时间) 。您将获得每周至少

28、 1 天的休息日。Unless authorized by the Division Head, employees are not allowed to leave the Hotel premises during working hours and meal breaks.未经部门总监的许可,员工不得在工作或用餐时间离开酒店。Your actual duty hours shall be in accordance to the duty roster prepared by your Department. The Hotel reserves the right to change

29、the roster whenever it is deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the hotel.您实际的工作时间应根据您的部门所编制的部门排班表,酒店为提高工作效率在必要时有权变更排班表。Overtime is defined as authorized work performed by you in excess of your normal scheduled working hours. You are expected to work overtime in excess of your normal sched

30、uled working hours as and when requested by your superiors. This may be on rest days and /or statutory holidays.超时工作是指在您的正常计划工作外由上司指派您完成的工作。酒店希望您在必要时能够进行超时工作,加班可能会安排在休息日或法定休假日。3.4 Time card 职工依法享受寒暑假,其休假天数多于年休假天数的;2. The leave accumulated over 20 days and the hotel not deduct the salary according to

31、 the rules;职工请事假累计 20 天以上且单位按照规定不扣工资的;3. Employees who work for more than 1 year and less than 10 year and the accumulative sick leave add up to more than 2 months;累计工作满 1 年不满 10 年的职工,请病假累计 2 个月以上的;4. Employees who work for more than 10 year and less than 20 year and the accumulative sick leave add

32、up to more than 3 months;累计工作满 10 年不满 20 年的职工,请病假累计 3 个月以上的5. Employees who work for more than 20 years and accumulative sick leave add up to more than 4 months.累计工作满 20 年以上的职工,请病假累计 4 个月以上的。Annual leave cannot be accumulated and forwarded to the next year.年假不得跨年度使用。Annual leave can be used at once

33、or separately. In addition to special circumstances, the annual leave should be used before next years annual leave occurs. And employees can not accumulate the former annual leave to the next annual leave. If the hotel arranges the employees to leave and they do not enjoy the scheduled annual leave

34、, we treat it as they give it up automatically and the hotel will not make any compensation.年假可集中或分期使用。除特别情况外,每年的年假必须在下一年度的年假产生前使用完,不得将上年度年假累积至下一年度。酒店安排员工休假,员工不按期享用年假,作自动放弃处理,酒店不作任何补偿。- 28 -As far as possible, leave application will be granted at your request but approval of such leave shall be subj

35、ect to the discretion of the Division Head.一般情况下员工的休假申请会尽可能被批准,但须由部门总监批示认可。Application for annual leave shall be submitted on the appropriate form to your Division Head giving at least two (2) weeks notice for approval.年度休假之申请需以填报申请表的形式提前两个星期提交所在部门的经理,经批准后方可休假。4.4 Matrimonial Leave 婚假Employees who h

36、ave reached the legal marriage age will be entitled to 3 continuous calendar days of paid matrimonial leave on first legal marriage only.达到法定婚龄的正式员工,在首次结婚时将享有连续 3 天带薪假期。Employee who is accord with the policy of Late Marriage (male above 25 years-old, female above 23 years-old) will be entitled to 10

37、-day matrimonial leave.符合晚婚条件的初婚员工(男 25 周岁以上,女 23 周岁以上)可享有 10 天婚假。Application for matrimonial leave with the relevant certificates must be copied to the Human Resources Department.婚假申请及有关证明材料复印件须交给人力资源部作审核批准之用。Matrimonial leave must be used up within 3 months after acquiring marriage certificate. Ma

38、trimonial leave cant be taken partially or redeemed as cash.婚假必须在领取结婚证书 3 个月内休完,婚假不得分开休或以现金支付。For 15 days in advance婚假需提前 15 天申请4.5Maternity Leave 产假A female employee who is a holder of family planning certificate will be entitled to 90 days paid continuous maternity leave.(Prenatal 15-day rest + Po

39、stpartum 75 days rest)持有有效生育证之女性员工,享有连续 90 天的带薪产假。(产前 15 天+产后 75 天)Employee who is accord with the policy of Late Child-birth will be entitled to 30 extra calendar days maternity leave.晚育加 30 天假期。 Application for maternity leave must be supported with the relevant documents.申请产假须提交有关证明资料。Maternity l

40、eave should be applied for 30 days in advance. Employees should fill out the “leave application“ step by step on the hotel approval. Including statutory holidays and public holidays产假需提前 30 天申请,员工应填写请假申请表逐级报酒店审批。包括法定假日和公休日。The salary and welfare of the employees during maternity leave should be exec

41、uted according to the regulations and medical insurance office.产假期间的工资福利待遇按法规和医保办规定执行- 29 -4.6 Compassionate Leave 丧假All employees shall be granted three continuous calendar days paid compassionate leave in case of death of an immediate family member. Immediate family includes: father/mother, spouse

42、 and children. One day will be given for indirect relations. Indirect relations includes: sister/brother, grandparent and parents of spouse.员工的直系亲属死亡,可享有连续 3 天的带薪丧假。直系亲属包括:父母、配偶、子女。员工的非直系亲属的死亡,可享有 1 天的带薪丧假。非直系亲属包括:兄弟、姐妹、祖父母、配偶的父母。Employee must inform the supervisor or manager of his department when

Application for compassionate leave must be supported with the relevant documents as proof to the Human Resources Department.员工必须在休此假时通知部门主管或经理,并将有关证明提交人力资源部作审核批准之用。4.7 Work Injury 工伤An employee who has sustained an injury during work must inform their manager and seek im

44、mediate medical treatment in the hotel clinic or hospital. The relevant department shall make an Accident Report within 24 hours to be reviewed by the Human Resources Department.员工因工负伤,应视伤情立即送医务室或医院治疗,并报部门经理,24 小时内由部门写出员工受伤报告交人力资源部。4.8 Medical Benefits 医疗福利Medical Benefits for all employees will be

The details will be defined by the Human Resources Department.医疗福利将参照当地有关劳动法规由人力资源部制定专门制度予以规定。4.9 Leave without pay/Sick Leave 事假/病假4.9.1 Leave without pay 事假Staff must first fill out the “leave application form“, the

48、 In general, sick leave can be approved only after the completion of proper procedures, with medical certificate, medical record of personnel, prescriptions and receipt of medical charge, otherwise it will be considered absence without pay.通常,按照程序申请的病假,并在就诊后提供相关的病情证明单 、医生的处方、医院病历及医疗费用收据才予以享有,否则,只能按事

49、假处理。2) Sick leave has two categories: paid sick leave and unpaid sick leave. Paid sick leave refers to the situation in which the salary will not be deducted when the sick leave is taken, while the unpaid sick leave refers to the situation when the salary will be deducted accordingly when sick leave is taken. All permanent employees of the Hotel can get one (1) day paid sick leave per month regardless of whether the employee is under probationary period or not. However, other employees with other employment status such as contracted, internship, or casual employ
