2、nical equipment manufacturing and installation together in Chinese water carriage construction. It mainly deals with harbour construction, navigation channel dredging, highway bridge engineering and relative contrive and construction at home and broad. With the instant development of global economic

3、s, new opportunities are brought to harbour and navigation channel construction. Contemporary the enterprise is faced with furious market competitions from home and broad and challenges from itself abuse. The enterprise should hold the opportunity and receive the challenge. In my opinion that the pr

4、inciple task is the establishment of development strategy. This thesis makes a development strategy for the future development of the Zhonghai Construction Group.Chapter one is a summarize for the theory of strategy management which contains strategy establishment, strategy implement and strategy ev

5、aluation. Chapter two is the corporation background which introduces the corporation property, management area, organize frame and main resources etc. Chapter three analyzes the macroscopical environment, industry developing environment and market developing environment which the enterprise involved

6、 in. New opportunities in Global ocean shipping and harbouring and developing requirement give tremendous potential market to harbour and navigation channel construction. Meanwhile, it analyzes adequately the industry competitive environment which the enterprise involved in. The enterprise is facing

7、 with mighty competition from MNCs, private enterprises and large state enterprises. There are both opportunity and menace. Chapter four analyzes the enterprise inner qualification. From the analysis for business value chain, a conclusion can be made that the enterprise has particular advantages in

8、resources and abilities compared to the counterworkers. Then it makes self-evaluation for the industrial pivotal successful factors and finds out the disparity with main competitors. Chapter five enduces the exterior opportunity and menace, inner advantages and disadvantages on the basis of exterior

9、 environment and inner qualification of forenamed two chapters. From TOWS matrix, it lists the optional strategies for Zhonghai Construction Group. Chapter six ascertains prospect, mission and strategy target. They ensure that the EMBA strategy object is to make the enterprise become a first class M

10、NC around 2020.And therere three steps to carry into execution for the strategy preliminarily. The last part of the thesis proposes that we should adjust the structures of the existing business chain and module, and construct listed company and complete corporate system reconstruction for the establ

11、ished strategy target. Finally from the successful implement of global management and cross-border investment, the target which makes China Ocean Construction Group to be a first class MNC will be nearer and nearer.
