2、：背单词的精髓在于“过遍数”，不在于你一天背了多少个，就是一天你背了一百个其实你还是会忘，记忆本来就是和遗忘相对的一个过程，所以你必须得反复的刺激；形成反复刺激的唯一可能就是过遍数没有其他的；任何的记忆方法都抵挡不住强大的遗忘机制，所以反复刺激吧。说明二：根据自己的时间可以每天选取 100 或者 150 个为记忆单位，但是不能低于100 个/每天.看得时间不能低于两小时/天。可以分为两个时段，每个时段一个小时。说明三：过遍数的时候只需要看单词和汉语意思，例句不要过遍数的时候看抽其他的时间看。说明四：这个核心此表来自于真题的阅读文章，在完成这个词表后再来记忆和背诵其他的单词，包括四级词汇的复习。
