Probably the main one is seating requests.A lot of business travelers have specific seating requests.Some people want
32、 an aisle, some people want a window, some people want to sit next to their colleague.Its not always possible to give everyone the exact seat they want due to the aircraft being fully booked.Certain passengers may say this is going to disrupt their business trip,because they cant discuss things with
