8、在的主要问题:现在教学中,不少教师仍以分数的高低来评价学生,严重挫伤了学生的积极性,如何以正确的形式来评价学生,树立学生的自信心。 突破的难点:教师要转变观念,用发展的眼光评价学生,才能让他们在正确的人生轨道上健康成长。预期目标:1.树立正确的“学生观” 。客观地、全面地评价每一个学生,避免挫伤学生的自尊心,树立学生的自信心。2.在教学中教师要给学生创造条件,给予他们发挥自我的空间,进行各种活动,使学生能有更多的机会表现他们的学习成绩和才能,也使教师有更多的机会评价他们,进而造成良好的评价舆论。实施计划:我打算实施“光荣榜”计划:“光荣榜”四周配有花纹图案,符合孩子特点;32开纸张大小,利于孩

9、子收藏。那么“光荣榜“包含哪些内容、如何获得、又有什么作用呢?“光荣榜“所包含的内容很多,有课堂表现、课堂纪律、英语小品表演、书写作业、家庭作业、单词听写、英语口语等,还包含各类英语比赛,如:英语故事比赛、英语小报、手工制作、英语书法比赛、英语小品比赛,英语卡拉 OK 比赛等等。为了能调动孩子的积极性,为了能激发孩子各个方面的内在潜能,培养孩子全面发展,也为了老师能更全面地了解学生,各个方面采用不同的标志代替,如:在课堂上积极举手、大胆发言或提出独特见解的发给“小红花“ ;课堂遵守纪律的发给“五角星“;英语小品表演出色的发给“小苹果“;各项作业完成优秀的给个“A“等等。期末根据每人所得“光荣榜“的数量记入平时成绩,并作为考生免考试的主要参考依据。“光荣榜“的重要价值就在于它全面、详尽地记载了学生在各个方面的表现,这是任何“小红花“或“五角星“所不能代替的,因为那些都模糊了学生各个方面的表现。对学生进行鼓励性的评价有利于让学生充满信心;及时性的评价有利于学生对自己作出有效的定位;才真正能够激发起学生学习的兴趣,才能让他们在正确的人生轨道上健康成长。
