8、th this Purchase Order shall be settled through friendly negotiation by both parties. Shall the parties fail to settle such dispute within 30 days, such case shall be submitted for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Suzhou, and shall be conducted by Suzhou Arbitration Committee in acco
9、rdance with the provisional rules and procedures of the said arbitration committee. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties and the arbitration fee and arbitration costs including traveling expenses and lawyers fees shall be born by the losing party unless otherwise awarde
