2、Industry Research and Development Institute 摘要食品工業發展研究所生物資源保存及研究中心收藏超過 17,000株的微生物資源，包括 6,650株細菌、3,220 株酵母菌、5,393 株絲狀真菌、1,216 株菇類、471 株質體、260 株宿主及與 204株噬菌體等。各菌株詳細資訊列於本所生資中心網頁http:/strain.bcrc.firdi.org.tw/BSAS/。生物資源保存及研究中心除致力於微生物資源收集及保存外，並運用多年來累積之微生物分類鑑定核心技術，對本土菌株進行歸群，對於新穎性的微生物進一步利用形態觀察、生理生化試驗、細胞組成化
3、學分析、rDNA 定序與 DNA雜交等技術，進行系統分類學的研究，於 92-97年共發現了一個微生物新屬 Chitinibacter及十三個新種，分別為 Chitinibacter tainanensis、Chryseobacterium taiwanense、Amycolatopsis taiwanensis、Paenibacillus taiwanensis、Sporobolomyces fushanensis、Sporobolomyces diospyroris、Sporobolomyces lophatheri、Sporobolomyces pyrrosiae、Bullera bego
4、niae、Bullera setariae、Bullera melastomae、Bullera formosana 及 Sporobolomyces magnisporus，並且分別依據國際細菌命名法規及國際植物命名法規命名發表，這些新穎性的微生物資源彰顯了台灣微生物資源的多樣性；預期在產業利用方面，新穎性的微生物資源將可提供創新的素材，在智慧財產權的保護之下發展差異化的產品，強化本土產業的競爭優勢。AbstractBioresource Collection and Research Center (BCRC) of Food Industry Research and Developme

The total microbials collection reached 17,000 strains as of December 2007, including 6,650 bacteria, 3,220 yeast, 5,393 filamentous fungi, 1,216 mushrooms, 471 vector, 260 host, and 204 phage. During 2003 to
7、 2008, a novel genus, Chitinibacter, and thirteen novel species isolated form Taiwan were published. Thirteen novel species are Chitinibacter tainanensis, Chryseobacterium taiwanense, Amycolatopsis taiwanensis, Paenibacillus taiwanensis, Sporobolomyces fushanensis, Sporobolomyces diospyroris, Sporobolomyces lophatheri, Sporobolomyces pyrrosiae, Bullera begoniae, Bullera setariae, Bullera melastomae, Bullera formosana, and Sporobolomyces magnisporus.
