5、to、 had better、 have to、 must 提出建议。 当我们要用“ 和善” 的方法提出建议时,用 should, ought to 和 had better。should / ought to 表示“应该”,后跟动词原形。 should 比 ought to 语气要轻一些,should 谈的是自己的主观看法,而 ought to 则更多地反映客观情况。should 的否定形式是 should not (shouldnt); ought to 的否定形式是 ought not to (oughtnt to)had better 表示“最好” ,后跟动词原形,否定式是 had b

6、etter not do sth. 当我们想用“ 更强硬” 的态度提出建议时,用 have to 和 must.have to / must 表示“ 必须 ”,后跟动词原形; have to 常表示客观要求,must则表示主观愿望。have to 的否定式是 dont have to, 表示“不必要”;must 的否定式是 must not (mustnt) 表示“ 一定不能”、 “不允许”。2. 用 why not, why dont you 和 perhaps 来提建议。 why not / why dont you 后跟动词原形,也是提出建议的两种方式,表示“为什么不”, 两者可以互换。
