1、翻译程序,许文胜 20083100,英汉两种语言在句法上的主要区别是,英语重形联,汉语重意合。意思是说,英语主要依靠语法结构组织句子,汉语主要依靠意义层次组织句子。既然英汉两种语言在语法结构上各有特点,存在差异,在进行汉语句子英译时,可以先独立地翻译出汉语原句中的各个意义层次,然后根据意义层次之间的关系运用英语句法规则对上述翻译产品进行合并。,1、分析汉语原句的意义层次及其相互联系,选用合适的英语时态; 2、将各个意义层次翻译成独立的英语简单句或不太复杂的复合句; 3、将翻译过的英语简单句或不太复杂的复合句根据汉语的意义关系按照英语的组句规则予以合并; 4、化简合并后的英语句子,在可能的情况下

2、将从句化简成短语、将短语化简成词组甚至单词,如有必要还可对化简过的句子进行调整。,我满怀希望来参加会议,以为我们的改革一定会得到支持,但讨论来讨论去,还是外甥打灯笼照旧,未免大失所望。,翻译意义层次:1) I came to the conference with great expectation; 2) We believed that our reform would surely win full support; 3) However, it was discussed and discussed; 4) The result turned out to be a young man
