9、 Commitment环境政策和承诺The Contractor is required to prepare, implement and maintain a site specific Environmental Policy, which shall contain the following: 要求承包商准备、实施和维护一个现场具体的环境政策,这个政策包括:a) a written statement of policy that is appropriate to the nature, scale and environment of the project/property s
10、ite;书面陈述的对于项目/物业管理现场的性质、范围和环境是合适的政策。b) a commitment to the prevention of pollution; and 对预防环境污染的承诺,并且c) a commitment to comply with applicable legal and other requirements stipulated in the contract.对相关法律和合同约定的其他要求遵守的承诺。The Environmental Policy shall be endorsed by the Contractor site organizations

12、a) identify the environmental aspects of the project/property site activities, products and services within the defined scope of the project/property that it can control and those that it can influence taking into account planned or new developments, or new or modified activities, products and servi

16、2 ; and/or对环境有影响的控制措施的实施情况,见条款3.2 ;或者b) the compliance with regulatory requirement, see Clause 3.3.遵守法律法规的要求,见条款3.3The Contractor shall ensure that calibrated or verified monitoring and measurement equipment is used and maintained and shall retain associated records.承包商应确保使用和维护经校核过的监视和测量设备,并保留相关记录。3
17、.5 Corrective Action and Preventive Action纠错行动和预防行动The Contractor is required to implement a process for dealing with actual and potential environmental deviations and for taking corrective actions or preventive actions. 要求承包商执行一套程序,处理实际和潜在的环境偏差,并采取纠错行动或预防行动The process for corrective actions or prev
18、entive actions shall define requirements for: 关于纠错行动和预防行动的程序应明确以下要求:a) identifying and correcting deviation(s) and taking action(s) to mitigate their environmental impact; and识别和纠正偏差,并采取行动去减少他们的环境影响;并且b) investigating, determining their root cause(s) and taking action(s) in order to avoid their recu
19、rrence or occurrence.调查、确定他们产生的根本原因,并采取行动以避免他们再次发生或发生。Actions taken shall be recorded and appropriate to the magnitude of the problems. 采取的行动应与问题的重要性相称,并被记录下来。In the event the Contractor is issued a Corrective Action Report (Annex D) or Preventive Action Report (Annex E) by KLL Project/Property Mana
