7、制造厂家的要求投入取样冷却装置。Put the cooling rack, sampling rack into operation according to the instruction of manufacturer strictly.3.2 试运期间要加强对设备的巡视,以确保及时发现和处理问题。Strengthen the inspection of equipment during the trial operation and dispose the problems in time if found.3.3 在运行期间,应做好设备间的通风。The ventilating equi
8、pment should be started-up during the operation.3.4 准备必要的急救药品,防止高温烫伤。The first-aid box which is prevented the high temperature scald to human body should be prepared well.3.5 现场发现异常情况,应及时处理,并立即汇报指挥人员。Any abnormal situation on the site shall be immediately handled and the commissioning principal shou

13、-reducing and desuperheating rack and sample analyzer rack.7.调试前应具备的条件Prerequisites of commissioning7.1 系统调试工作正式开始以前,应按附录 1 所列内容对本系统调试应具备的条件进行全面检查,并做好记录。Before system commissioning, check all the items listed in Appendix 1 and keep full records.7.2 安装 TOP 需经 PLN-JMK 同意后方可进行系统调试。Turn Over Package (TO
14、P) shall be submitted by CNTIC and approved by PLN-JMK declared that the construction are complete and ready to test/commissioning.8.调试过程Commissioning Process8.1 取样冷却装置系统的水冲洗,至回液基本澄清无杂质。Flushing the cooling water pipeline up to drain water is clear.8.2 取样系统中阀门全部处于关闭状态,盘架电源投入使用。Close all valves of wa
15、ter & steam sampling system .Supply of panel should be charged.8.3 取样冷却水系统投入,调节取样冷却水压力为 0.4Mpa 左右,投入冷却水流量表、超温保护器。Cooling water system should be put into operation and adjusted the pressure of it is around 0.4Mpa.8.4 当机组整套启动前对各取样管进行冲洗(开排污门) ;All sampling pipe should be flushed prior to they are used.
16、 8.5 再生各氢导及电导表离子交换柱中阳离子交换树脂,然后装入离子交换柱内(由厂家负责) 。Regenerate the cation resin and then put into resin column.(by manufacturer)8.6 当手工取样所有部位全部通水投入使用后,启动汽水取样装置仪表冷却恒温控制系统,投入各部位的仪表取样,开启至仪表的阀门,调节仪表取样水的流量一般为 300ml/min 左右。Put constant temperature equipment into operation and then put all analyzers into operat
17、ion, after all manual sampling put into used and quality of water& steam is already meet requirement of instrument.
