2、ao Municipal Hospital; Department of Neurosurgery, Qingdao Municipal Hospital; Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy of nicardipine for hypertension patients after craniotomy for brain tumors. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 120 patients with hypertension after surgery for intracran

3、ial tumors treated at Qingdao Municipal Hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A, group B and group C using a random number table with 40 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated with nitroprusside, patients in group B were treated with nicardipine 3 - -1 and patients

4、 in group C were treated with nicardipine 6 - -1. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the three groups. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were observed at different times and the time when blood pressure decreased to normal

5、 were compared. Results The overall efficacy was 72. 5%, 82. 5% and 97. 5% respectively for group A, group B and group C ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nicardipine in the treatment of postoperative hypertension in patients with brain tumors is significant, which can decrease blood

6、pressure rapidly with high safety and great clinical value of promotion.
