3、 gastric varices in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected.According to the patient treatment order in time, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with tissue glue combined with ligation,
4、and the patients in the observation group were treated with lauromacrogol histoacryl sandwich injection combined with ligation.The clinical efficacy, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe success rate of hemostasis in the observation group was significantl
5、y higher than that in the control group group was significantly lower than that in the control .After treatment, the physical function, psychological function, social function and material life condition scores in two groups were significantly changed in an uptrend (P0.05) .ConclusionWith good clini
6、cal efficacy, lauromacrogol histoacryl sandwich injection combined with ligation in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices effectively improves the quality of life with high safety.
