3、 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment, the treatment -1beside the conventional treatment, intravenous infusion, for 14 days in a row.Record neural function score w

4、ith NIHSS and cerebral blood flow loss index (rCBFLI) before and after treatment.Results:safflower yellow pigment can significantly improve the NIHSS scores, lower rCBFLI.Conclusion:safflower yellow pigment can improve the cerebral perfusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction, protect nerve

5、cells and improve neuro function and improve the life quality, which make it worthy of clinical promotion.
