1、摘 要:许多关于股票的理论都集中在市场内部因素，基本面因素，政策因素上，那么影响股票价格因素在此基础上应进行详细划分，影响股票价格变动的因素很多，但基本上可分为以下九个方面：会计信息、经济周期、财政政策、利率变动、汇率变动、物价变动、通货膨胀、政治因素、人为操纵。会计信息披露是影响股价的最为直接的因素，投资者分析股票时应从会计信息入手，着重分析上市公司的会计数据，注意判断目前所处于经济周期的哪个位置，结合国家财政政策等其它几个方面对股票进行投资。文章从方法和实证上研究影响股票价格的因素。从这几个因素分析其对股票价格的影响，得出其内在的经济规律，对我国广大股民的影响是显著的。关键词：股票价格；会
