This line begins with raw material auto feeding, remove big, medium, and small dust, remove stone, remove sand, remove dead seeds, then wet the
5、seeds, clean grains transmission, grain wetting, clean grains elevation, peeling, de-germ, remove root and hilum, peeled corn elevation till final flour milling. Flour milling machine adopts whole wind transmission, which reduces flour humidity, realizes full automation to enable all grains to be mi
6、lled and cycled automatically to reduce labor. 11、n1. 全自动清理机 6FW-G12：由吸料管，三角卸料器，风机，筛箱，去石机，扶尘式除尘器，电机，钢架，传动系统，防护罩等部件组成。全自动清粮机的安装步骤：将清粮主机站立在水平地面上，打开附件箱，装好风机，安装三角卸料器支撑架，依次装好主风管，副风管，三角卸料器，卸料管，将卸料管闭风阀门用橡胶松紧带连接在三角铁横架上，使闭风阀门始终处于关闭状态。依次装好上料风管，支撑架，装好风机出风管，装好散风布袋，安装过程完成。Automatic cleaning machine: Machine is composed of material sucking pipes, triangle discha

In sequence, install feeding pipe, supporting rack, install wind disch
14、arging pipe of wind blower, install a bag finally installation finishes.2. 绞龙，润粮仓，提升机（2 台）的安装按标注符号摆放绞龙，润粮仓，提升机（上原粮） ，将提升机用 4 个12mm 膨胀螺栓固定在地面上即可，绞龙，润粮仓不需要固定。Installation of screw conveyor, wetting silo, elevators (2 pcs)As per labeled numbers, lay up screw conveyor, wetting silo, elevators (for feedi

16、e same line as screw conveyor and wetting silo, mount electric motor, and mount motor pulley and V belt, fix two elevators to the peeling machine.6FW-D2 （如图）4. 制粉主机（整条生产线的心脏）6FW-35将制粉主机平放在地面上，与脱皮主机同一操作面，打开附件箱，装好风机，闭风器，沙克龙卸料器，主风管，提料管，诱导式接料器，接麸方管，装好主电机，副电机（1.1KW）安好电机轮，挂好三角带，接好电缆线，装好防护罩，到此，主机全部安装完成。特别注

19、sponsible for safety problem occurred by this.56FW-35 磨粉机 （如图）flour milling machine四、整条生产线的操作过程及操作要领Operation instruction of whole line1. 检查整条线连接部位，管道是否漏气，用塑料粘带封闭好Check all connection parts of whole line to confirm whether they are well sealed, and please use plastic paste tape to seal them well.2.
20、检查各传动部位三角带，松紧程度要适宜Check all V belts for all drive parts to ensure V belts to be just right tight or loose.3. 检查各台主机电机转向并做调整Check all motors rotary direction and adjust if the direction is wrong.4. 装好清理机风口布袋，脱皮机风机口布袋，制粉主机风机口布袋，及接面口接面布袋，安装好绞龙加水管，水箱Install the wind bag of the cleaning machine, install
21、the fan blower mouth wind bag of the peeling machine and install the flour receiving bag, install screw conveyor and water pipe and water tank.5. 做好启动前的各项准备工作Prepare all above work before running the machine.6. 启动生产线空转两分钟，观察机器运转状况，声音是否正常，有无震动现象Make machine run idle for two minutes to observe whether
22、 the machine is in right condition, in right sound or whether some parts are shaking or not.7. 将原粮过墙管插板拔出 2 公分开始放料，将清理机上料管上料插板拔出 5 公分左右开始上料。打开加水管开关，加水，量不宜过大，或过小，等润粮仓净粮达到三分之二高度时，清理机绞龙停止运转，完成润粮时间 10-15 分钟，拿起一粒玉米，用指甲能轻轻撕下玉米粒表皮为最佳Start discharging material 2 minutes after pulling out the insert plate of
23、 the raw material transferring pipe through the wall, start feeding material 5 minutes after pulling out material feeding insert plate on the feeding pipe of the cleaning machine. Open water switch, fill water, water volume can not be too much or too less. When clean grain arrives two third height o
24、f the wetting granary, the screw conveyor of the cleaning machine will stop running. After wetting 10 to 15 minutes, please get a corn seed and try to remove skin. If the skin can be removed by hand nail very easily, and then it is time to peel.8. 润粮时间完成后，将整条机组全部启动。拔出净粮提升机下料插板开始上料，打开脱皮主机上面观察6门，检查脱皮效
25、果，以玉米粒刻成两瓣为最佳，第二道脱皮一定要脱净。脱皮效果不理想的话，调节观察孔里面的蝴蝶螺母，顺时针方向为轻，逆时针方向为重。After finishing wetting grains, whole line can be started. Pull out insert plate of the clean grain elevator to feed material. Open the observe door in the peeling machine to check the grain is peeled. It is the best peeling effect if g
26、rain is peeled and broken in halves, otherwise, it will peel well if operate another time. To note out, the butterfly nut inside the observe door is for adjusting to control how grain is peeled. Turning the butterfly nut clockwise is for peeling less, anticlockwise is for peeling more.蝴蝶螺母如图Butterfl
27、y nut9. 等制粉主机料仓内的物料达到二分之一高度时，拉开下料手柄开始制粉，下料量不宜过大，以主电机温度不起热为宜（用手触摸电机表面，微热即可）.至此，生产线整个加工过程全部完成。When grains arrive half height of the flour milling silo, pull out feeding handle and start to mill flour.Grain feeding volume is better not to be too much. One way to control grain feeding volume is by hand
28、feeling electric motor surface temperature. If the motor surface temperature is felt no heat or slightly warm, then the feeding volume is good. Till now, a work flow finishes. 五、脱皮主机的拆卸与安装Disassembly and installation of main peeling machine打开机器后边封壳铁皮，机器上面大料斗，摘掉三角带，用拔轮器拔下上下主轴槽轮Open back panel of mach
29、ine body and remove big silo, take off V belt, pull off upper and bottom spindle grooved pulley by pulley remover. See photo below.1. 拆除主机集尘箱铁皮，进料口固定螺丝，出料口固定螺丝Disassemble dust collection case panel of the main machine, then remove fixed screw of the feeding mouth, and remove fixed screw of the disch
30、arging mouth.2. 拆除上下脱皮主轴轴承座固定螺栓，将上下脱皮主轴取下放在地平面上Dissolve the fixed bolt from upper and bottom peeling spindle bearing, 3. 依次取下轴承座，米刀，脱皮筛筒，取下锥形圆丝母，取脱皮辊筒，至此，整个拆卸过程全部完成。7安装过程与此相反即可In sequence remove bearing base, knife, peeling sieve, remove cone-shaped round threaded nut, remove peeling cylinder. Till
31、now, all disassembly finishes.六、 制粉主机的拆卸与安装过程Disassembly and installation of flour main milling machine1. 拆除风机，闭风器，圆筒分级机，将分级机罗盖取下，拆除固定螺母的三个小丝杆，取下罗皮，拆除毛刷支架总成，取下面罗（筛绢）Remove fan blower, air locker, round sieve separator. Take off round sieve separator lid and dissolve three small threaded pod for the
32、fixed nut, remove sieve, and remove brush and brush supporter, then remove flour sieve.2. 拆除主机操作面左右两侧封壳铁板，松开强力粉碎机，锁紧手轮，打开粉碎机磨门，取下罗圈，拆除磨门上定齿盘，取下主轴圆丝母，用专用拔轮器取下轮齿盘，取下各扁齿，圆齿Disassemble left and right side panels of main machine, loosen strong crushing machine, lock handle wheel, open milling door of the
33、 crushing machine. Remove sieve, remove fixed teeth plate of the milling door. Remove round threaded nut of main axis. Remove wheel teeth plate with special wheel pulling tool, remove all flat teeth, round teeth,3. 用拔轮器拔下主轴槽轮，取下主轴，拆除主轴轴承，整个制粉主机拆卸过程全部完成。安装与之相反。Pull out main spindle grooved wheel with
34、 pulley remover, remove main spindle, dissolve main spindle bearing, till now, all disassembly of the flour main machine finishes. Installation process procedure is the same just in opposite way.七、 生产过程中出现故障及解决办法Common faults in production and solutions1. 清理机部分：Cleaning machine 上料速度慢 检查排风口是否堵风，更换排风布
35、袋Feeding slowlyCheck whether wind outlet mouth is jammed, and replace with a new wind bag if jammed. 去石效果不好检查去石机偏心轴承各固定部位是否松动。去石机倾斜角度不对，将主机一端加高或降低 2-5cmDe-stone effect not satisfactoryCheck whether all fixed parts of the de-stoner eccentric bearing is loose or not. If the de-stoner does not tilt in
36、the right angle, raise or lower main machine one side to 2 to 5 cm. 玉米芯去不干净毛粮入库前必须初选，做到净粮入仓Corn cob not cleanly separated Raw material must go through preliminary cleaning before entering into granary to ensure clean grains go to granary. 不上料8用橡胶皮筋将落料口闭风皮阀拉紧，加强闭风效果No feedingWith a rubber spring stri
