1、房地产信贷风险防控法律问题研究内容摘要在我国房地产市场需求量大这一背景下,房地产信贷在一定程度上缓和高房价低收入这一矛盾。随着我国房地产信贷市场的进一步扩大,我国的房地产信贷市场出现了诸多问题,其核心问题在于风险防范。我国关于房地产信贷风险防范的法律制度还未完善,其中涉及到个人信用制度,金融机构风险控制制度,资产证券化等等一系列制度尚未完全建立,因而造成了房地产信贷市场的不稳定。在遵守金融监管的基本原则基础上,应当完善房地产信贷的个人信用制度和资产证券化的配套制度为基础,在内部通过健全银行内部信贷风险控制制度加之对外部建立政府担保制度与商业性住房保险互补的混合保险模式,同时在监管方面,引入政府
