4、e of popularization and application in the basic medical institutions.Methods The study adopted three popularizing models.The 270 patient cases with cervical spondylosis were selected.Each 90 cases were from municipal hospital, district hospital and community health center.The trials were randomly d
5、ivided into three-steps manipulation group, traction treatment group and traditional manipulation group.Compare the clinical efficacy among the three hospitals.Opt Neck Disabi1 ity Index (NDI) and Visual Analogues Scale (VAS) qua the observation index sign for quantitative curative effects.Results T
6、he total clinical efficiency of three-steps manipulation group, traction treatment group and traditional manipulation group were 90.00%, 73.33% and 86.67%.These ratio of cure has obvious statistical difference (P0.05) .Conclusion Three-steps manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical ef
7、ficacy equivalent to the traditional manipulation, but is better than the single traction treatment obviously.It has the characteristics of simple and easy to master, and it is suitable for using in base hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinical technology.
