1、复配表面活性剂在轮胎自洁素中的应用云南化工2022年8期林 凯( 上海喜赫精细化工有限公司,上海 201620)摘 要: 研究了汽车轮胎免擦清洁的表面活性剂的复配配方。通过正交实验和单因素试验,确定了喜赫无磷乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、喜赫 PO 嵌段 FMEE、伯烷基磺酸钠、喜赫 FMES、二乙醇胺、三氯乙烯、硼砂、6501 复配环保型低碱轮胎自洁素的质量配比 ( =33211. 21. 20. 40. 4) ,并应用于洗车店实际洗车。将自洁素工作液直接喷涂轮胎,静置 3 5 min 后即可用清水冲洗,除前车轮轮毂严重的锈斑需要人工擦外,其它污垢清洗均符合要求。关键词: 汽车轮胎; 轮毂; 表面活
