1、低泡沫PO封端FMEE在金属中性脱脂中的的应用广东化工2022年19期王 琛（上海喜赫精细化工有限公司，上海 201620）摘 要： 喜赫脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE具有类似油脂的脂肪酸结构，对矿物油有良好的乳化作用，适用于低温条件下矿物油的清洗，在FMEE分子链中引入PO基团，能提高喜赫FMEE的渗透性，降低泡沫，同时具有优异的分散作用，能够将金属表面清除下来的油脂均匀地分散不发生二次反沾污与沉积，具有延长脱脂工作液使用寿命作用。将PO封端FMEE作为脱脂剂的主体成分，复配乳化剂OP-10、阴离子型渗透剂喜赫伯烷基磺酸钠，喜赫螯合剂乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠，烷基醇酰胺6501，通过正交实验确定五

5、f degreasing agent, the OP-10、anionic primary-alkyl sulfonate, ethy diaminedhephen acetic sodium and 6501 were compounded with FMEE. The optimal proportion of degreasing was determined by orthogonal experiment as 3:1:1:1:1. This degreasing agent can remove lubricating oil, paraffin wax and polishing paste under the neutral condition with the sodium oxalate ,which also has the anti-rust effect.Keywords: end- capping with PO; FME; degrease; wax removal; sodium oxalate
