13、领更换，确保透析正常运行。人工肾室消毒隔离制度一人工肾室必须将治疗室和储藏室分开设置。二一切治疗操作应在治疗室进行。进入治疗室时应换鞋、戴口罩、帽子和穿隔离衣。非本室工作人员严禁入内，防止空气污染。三透析治疗室每 15m2安装 30 瓦紫外线灯一支，每次透析前后，分别照射 1 小时。每月作空气培养一次，细菌数少于 500 个/m 3。四每次透析前，要用消毒液擦拭桌、椅、病床和地板。五所用器械均应高压灭菌，配套使用，每周更换一次。六严格透析器的消毒处理。乙肝患者与一般患者分开透析，并做好隔离工作。七每次透析后应更换被单、枕套等。八加强工作人员防护，接触患者前、后，应认真洗手，并用消毒液泡手，防止
