7、er Certification,10,121.93 Route Requirements: General,Each certificate holder conducting domestic or flag operations seeking a route approval must show : That it is able to conduct satisfactorily scheduled operations between each regular, provisional, and refueling airport over that route or route
8、segment That the facilities and services required are available and adequate for the proposed operation. The Administrator approves a route outside of controlled airspace if he determines that traffic density is such that an adequate level of safety can be assured.,11,121.97 Airports: Required Data,

30、ecessary for the proper servicing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of airplanes and auxiliary equipment.,26,121.107 Dispatch Centers,Each certificate holder conducting domestic or flag operations must show that it has enough dispatch centers, adequate for the operations to be conducted, that
31、 are located at points necessary to ensure proper operational control of each flight.,27,121.463 Aircraft Dispatcher Qualifications,No certificate holder conducting domestic or flag operations may use any person, nor may any person serve, as an aircraft dispatcher for a particular airplane group unl
32、ess that person has satisfactorily completed the following: Initial dispatcher training, except that a person who has satisfactorily completed such training for another type airplane of the same group need only complete the appropriate transition training. Operating familiarization consisting of at
33、least 5 hours observing operations under this part from the flight deck or, for airplanes without an observer seat on the flight deck, from a forward passenger seat with headset or speaker.,28,121.463 Aircraft Dispatcher Qualifications Domestic or Flag operations,No certificate holder conducting may

However, a dispatcher who is qualified to dispatch airplanes through one segment of an operation may dispatch airplanes through other segments of the operation after coordinating with dispatchers who are qualified to dispatch airplanes through those other se

No airline may use the services of any person as a pilot on an airplane if that person has reached his/her 60th birthday. No person ma

In any case in which this part requires the performance of two or more functions for which an airman certificate is necessary, that requirement is not satisfied by the performance of multiple functions at the same time by one airman. The minimum pilot crew is two pilots and the

48、1.439 Pilot Qualifications: Recent Experience,No airline may use any person nor may any person serve as a required pilot flight crewmember, unless within the preceding 90 days, that person has made : Three takeoffs and landings in the type airplane in which that person is to serve. The takeoffs and
49、landings may be performed in a visual simulator approved for takeoff and landing maneuvers. In addition, any person who fails to make the three required takeoffs and landings within any consecutive 90-day period must reestablish recency of experience. In addition to meeting all applicable training a
50、nd checking requirements, a required pilot flight crewmember who has not met the regency experience must reestablish regency of experience as follows Under the supervision of a check airman:make at least three takeoffs and landings in the type airplane in which that person is to serve or in an advanced simulator or visual simulator.,
