2、in in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:According to the different treatment of azithromycin 140 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia from August 2015 to January 2017 in a hospital were divided into two groups.The period of treatment with azithromycin was less than or equal to 5 Dfo
3、r control group and 7 Dfor observation group.Two groups were compared with the length of time, the symptoms disappeared time, the effective rate of the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:In the observation group, hospitalization time, pulmonary rales, X-ray shadow and cough dis
4、appearance time were significantly shorter than the control group (P0.05) .Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, the curative effect of 7 Dtreatment using azithromycin is ideal.There is no serious adverse reaction, safety can be guaranteed, and the clinical symp
