12、law and principle; that helps each individual to achieve his or her dreams and aspiration; and that makes sure each is literate, healthy and wealthy; and that since his reign, these ideas have been present in Chinese society. Firstly the course synthesizes Chinese thoughts from the Yellow Emperor to
13、 contemporary theories. Then the course synthesizes Western scientific concepts into everything is information. Finally, the course forges and combines the Chinese thought synthesis with the Western scientific concept, “bit is it”, to form the kernel of the Yellow Emperor Hypothesis: The Anti-Entropic Operating System of the Scientific Outlook of Rule of Law and Principle.
