1、中国城郊接合部初中生英语学习动机的调查研究中文近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,城市化的进程也随之加快。从学校教育的角度来看,城郊接合部成了一个特殊的地区。总体来说,城郊接合部的学生英语基础差,大部分学生没有明确的学习目标,没有良好的学习习惯,更谈不上有积极的学习态度。因此,英语学科教学工作在这一地区的开展尤其困难。如何调动学生的学习积极性,提高英语教学质量成了摆在我们城郊接合部初中英语教师面前的一道难题。新课程标准的第一条要求就是要培养学生对英语的兴趣和良好的英语学习动机。英语学习动机是英语学习个体因素中具有能动性的因素之一,也是影响学生英语学习的一个重要情感因素,更是学生英语学习成败与否的关
2、键因素。关于这个问题,前人也有过一些论文研究,在理论和实践上都取得了值得学习的成果。本研究的目的是探讨城郊接合部初中初中生的英语动机类型、了解影响其学习动机因素,探索培养、激发学生英语学习动机的策略。本文在有关的英语学习动机的理论指导下,采用问卷调查的方式对南京市城郊接合部某中学初三年级学生的学习动机进行了调查研究。调查结果发现,城郊结合部的中学生学习英语的动力主要来自升学考试和为找一份好工作打基础,这属于工具型动机。影响城郊接合部初中生英语学习动机的因素很多,大致可分为内部因素和外部因素两种,内部因素包括学习兴趣、学习目的和归因等方面,外部因素包括家庭环境、社会环境、教材难度和教学评价等因素
3、。根据调查结果,结合实际,本人对如何激发并保持学生的英语学习动机提出了相应的建议。译文In recent years, with the constant development of our economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up in China. From the perspective of school education, teaching in rural areas is quiet different from that of other areas. Children in these areas are ma

This paper consists of five parts: the first part introduces the research background and the importance of the study. The second part introduces the motivation of foreign language learning and give

The third part introduces the rural areas junior high school students behavior and psychological characteristics and the factors which affect rural areas junior high school students foreign language learning motivation. The fourth part is an investigation into students motivation for study with a statistical analysis of the results presented. The fifth part is based on the results of the investigation, some strategies and comments about how to improve motivation for study are provided
