In the evening ,we should eat less , so that we would digest better and have a good sleep .Then ,when eating ,we should have various kinds of food , and learn to how to match .For example ,we should eat both meat and vegetables to get the different kinds of nutrition ,or we will be malnourished . From my point of view ,to keep healthy ,on one hand ,we need to keep a balanced diet ,on the other hand ,we also should exercise regularly everyday .
