22、纪律,教育一批人。三、范围:1、本制度为集团公司内部行政管理制度范围。2、本制度适用集团公司直属职能部门、子公司及所属部门的行政管理。3、本制度适用于公司全体工作人员。四、管理职责:1、集团公司人力资源部负责本制度的制订、考核和过程统计汇总。2、集团公司人力资源部和办公室责本制度执行过程的监督管理。3、集团公司下属各单位及部门负责本制度的执行与过程管理。五、奖励:1、奖励类别:一般性奖励;嘉奖;记小功;记大功;通令嘉奖;授予先进工作者。在给予上述奖励时,可以发给一次性奖金,或加薪、晋升职位等。(1)嘉奖与一般性奖励:员工在本职工作岗位能够认真履行职责,工作业绩比较突出,在本部门内有一定影响。(

23、2)记小功、记大功、通令嘉奖:员工在履行工作职责过程中,工作业绩十分突出,在集团公司范围内有重大影响,按其敬业贡献的影响程度确定嘉奖类别。(3)授予先进工作者:授与先进工作者属于年终综合评比范畴,按年终评比与奖励规定办理。2、奖励方式:通令嘉奖,当月奖励1000-2500元;记大功,当月奖励5001000元或加薪一级;记小功,当月奖励300500元;嘉奖,当月10100元;一般性奖励,当月奖励100300元。3、奖励原则:以精神鼓励和物资奖励相结合,注重平时奖励;每年开展一次先进集体、先进个人评选,年终被评为先进工作者,在本年度的平时工作应被记小功一次以上。4、奖励条件:对于有下列表现之一的员

46、公司范围内通报。3、处罚细则(1) 、没有提前请假或领导没有准假,擅自不上班者,按旷工处理。旷工一天扣罚2天工资;一个月旷工3天或全年累计旷工6天者,予以辞退或开除。(2) 、工作时间窜岗,妨碍他人工作,罚款10元/次。(3) 、工作时间内,擅自离岗,影响工作者,记小过一次,情节严重者开除。(4) 、员工上班不按公司规定着装或不佩戴工作证,一次罚款10元,自行车、摩托车、汽车等一切车辆不按规定地点停放,罚款20元/次以上。(5) 、污辱谩骂劳动纪律检查人员,罚款100元/次,性质严重的给予记过处分。(6) 、在工作场所大声喧哗、嬉闹、追逐,工作时间穿背心、拖鞋、勾肩搭臂等影响公司形象者,罚款5
