4、calesandtheinterrateragreementforeachscale, andtocalculatetheconversioncoefficientsofthescorebetweendif-ferentscales.METHODS:Weselectedrandomly50 patientswithvariousdegreesofWMLsonT2-FLAIRimaging.TheWMLswerescoredbytwotrainedratersusing7MRIratingscalesforWMLs.Spearmanrankcorrelation, Kappatestandreg
5、ressionanalysiswereapplied.RESULTS:Ahighcorrelationwasob-servedamongthe7 scales(correlationcoeficientsrangingfrom0.579to0.917, P0.585).Usingregressionanalysis, wedeterminednumericparameterstotransformthescoreof1scaletothecorrespondingscoreforeachoftheremainingscales, exceptforthescaleofAharon-Peretz
