13、to do ask sb to do order sb to do2 在引述祈使句时，不一定都用 say,tell, ask 等这几个动词，还可以用 suggest(建议 ), insist(坚持要求）等eg “Stay to lunch“, he insisted. 他坚持要求说： “留下来吃饭 ”。He insisted that I should stay to lunch.他坚持要求我留下来吃饭。 Should stay做 that 从句中的谓语动词。eg “Come with me“, he suggested. 他建议说： “跟我走吧 ”。He suggested that I s

17、examination. 我想知道他是否已经通过考试了。4 Where is he ? 他在哪里呢？（特殊疑问句）I wonder where he is. 我想知道他在哪里。（由特殊疑问词引导，语序用陈述句语序）用 I wonder 转述疑问句， wonder 表示 “疑惑，想知道 ”的含义；由 I wander改写句子时， 从句中不需要改变时态。 另：一般疑问句由 whether/if , 特殊疑问句仍旧有特殊疑问词引导，后面改成陈述语序。She told the children not to make so much noise. 她告诉孩子们不要制造这么大的噪音。 Tell sb n
18、ot to do sth 告诉某人不要做某事He insisted that I should ask him about it. 他坚持要求我去问他这件事情。 Should ask 做 that 从句中的谓语动词。He told me not to do that again. 他告诉我不要再做那件事情了。 tell sb not to do sth 告诉某人不要做某事suggest表示 “建议 ”， insist表示 “坚持要求 ”时后面要跟 that 从句，从句中的谓语动词为 (should) do形式 ,should 可以省略。He ordered /told us to get everything ready in two hours. 他命令我们 2小时之内把一切处理好。 order sb to do sth 命令某人做某事在转述祈使句时， 可以用：间接引语（参见 15,39课关键句型 )
