2、l period of employment allowing them to become familiar with their environment in a safe manner.目的: 保证员工加入之初对工作有一个明确的方向,从而能够更好的熟悉工作环境,开展工作。To do: Ensure that an initial training plan is prepared by the Training Co-ordinator and/or Head of Department where the employee will be working. Ensure that th

3、e plan covers at least the first two weeks and has been personalised for the new employee.需要做的: 部门培训协调员或部门经理需事先准备一份初始培训计划,从而保证员工在加入部门后有一份为员工度身定造的培训计划。INITIAL JOB TRAINING PLAN初始培训计划All new starters will have an Initial Job Training Plan, which lists the tasks of their job and schedules their initial

4、 training. Enclosed are examples from hotels.
