2、m for Sequence of Clay Brickwork3.4.3 Paving of Fused Sand 1) The dry sand with maximum particle diameter below 5mm shall be paved on the clay bricks according to the design elevation. 2) The large screw rod built around shall be covered with the rainproof cloth and bound tightly with steel wire. 3)

3、 This work has something to do with installation of stove shell for Section 1. The stove shell for the 1st section being hoisted, the rainproof cloth shall be removed. Following inspection of stove shell elevation after hoisting, the stove shell for the 1st section shall be hoisted again to inspect

4、whether the surface of fused sand has the drop pit. If there is the drop pits, they shall be re-leveled with fused sand. Such an inspection shall be repeated until the flatness is competent.第 2 页 共 16 页3.4.4 Packing of Water-free Tamping After the stove shell for the 3rd section is installed, the ex

5、plosive shall be packed with tamping. The tamping shall be pressed to pack the lower part of the stove shell. And the redbrick shall be laid close to the stove shell to block off the water-free tamping. The surface of redbrick shall be plastered with a 20mm-thick layer of 1:2 cement mortar.3.4.5 Pre

6、ssure Grouting1) Following the welding of strengthening ring and beam on the lower part of stove shell and the fastening of bolts, the pressure grouting can start after the stove shell is installed to the 6th section. Prior to hoisting of the stove bottom shell, the stub pipe shall be welded and emb

7、edded.Fig. 3.4-4 Schematic Diagram of Grouting Stub Pipe2) The injection mix is the 425# ordinary Portland cement and the water-cement ratio 0.40.5. 3) Before pressure grouting, the grouting holes shall be numbered in turn according to the arrangement drawing of such holes and the elevation check po

8、int marked 100mm from the hole. The elevation measured shall be filled in the form of installation accuracy.4) After removing the plastic cover on the stub pipe, clear the stub pipe and the bottom plate around of the floating stain and dirt, and tamp the stub pipe with wood stopper that must be pull

9、ed away when the pressure grouting starts. 5) The size, joining mode and binding methods of mud jacking pipe shall be determined according to the joint specifications of grouting stub pipe. 6) The well-mixed cement mortar can be added into the squeeze mortar pump. Pressure grouting can start as per

10、the number of mud jack holes. Prior to construction, all machines, tools and materials must be ready at the construction site and the construction continued without stoppage halfway above 30 minutes. 11、s inside and outside shall keep liaison and the press-in machine operator obey the orders from the inside-stove constructors. 8) There are three standards in completion and stoppage of pressure grouting for each mud jack hole: (1) In pressure grouting, the level meter shall be used to monitor the ch

12、anges of elevation at the point on the stove bottom plate beside the press-in hole. The elevation rising to 2mm, the pressure grouting shall stop and be considered completed.(2) The pressure gage of the press-in machine reaching 0.6Mpa, the pressure grouting shall stop and be considered completed. 20、5) After the control elevation of 0.715m is measured with the level gage, the elevation shall be moved around the stove shell once and along the backbone upward 100mm and used as the basis for inspection of surface flatness of refractory concrete. 6) Mixing: to mix it according to the service manual

21、 provided by the supplier. 7) Pouring: to start from 270and end at the manhole.8) Vibration: to ram it with 50 vibrator from fast to slowly until the mortar spills.9) Flattening: to strike off after the elevation is measured with 100mm scale ratio and compacted with wood washboard.10) Curing: all is

26、re 3 positions (10, 130 and 250) in the horizontal coordinate system, as shown in the following figure, and then mark out 3 vertical lines. Weld an M18 nut horizontally at intervals of 3m down each vertical line. These nuts are used for radius control in spray painting when mounting the central stee

28、determine the appropriate parameters, like wind pressure, water pressure, etc.;2) Spray paint shall be applied using a semidry method. Water shall be added to the spray paint and the mixture shall then be stirred evenly before letting the mixture in the spray painter;3) The spray paint and water sha

29、ll be continuously sprayed during spray painting and no dry paint spots or running tracks of paint shall be allowed to form on the spray painting surface;4) The direction of spray painting shall be normal to, and the spray nozzle shall be 11.5m from, the surface being sprayed, and the spray nozzle s

30、hall be in 第 12 页 共 16 页continuous helical movement to ensure even distribution of rough and fine particles;5) Spray painting shall be carried out by segments from top to bottom and the design thickness shall be obtained with one instance of spray painting;6) Whenever spray painting interrupts, the

Excessive paint shall be scraped off in places where the paint coating is too thick; where the paint coating is too thin (5mm), some more paint shal

35、l be spray-painted to ensure the correct thickness of paint coating. Spray painting surfaces only need to be sufficiently level and show no signs of discoloring.
