2、:CHD-F-LSE-9516 新设备仪器 HSE 评估-9设备技术任务书 编号: 2019-7-25 页次:3/111. 主题寻找一家有能力设计、制造用于各式载体封装压芯设备的供应商。设备布局需参考 PSE(65 项标准)设计、制造及操作且必须满足 Faurecia CHD-F-LSE-9516 新设备仪器 HSE 评估(参见附录)。供应商必须能使用 CATIA、UG、Solidworks 或 AUTOCAD 等软件进行设备、工装模具设计,且能负责其图纸化、制造、电力和气动布置、联结和自动随动装置的实施,同时还应负责设备、工装几何尺寸的符合性及调整,直至生产出与图纸相符合的产品。此设备一经交

3、付即可使用。加工工艺要求: 将催化剂压入不锈钢外壳(直径范围:100mm550mm,长度范围:100mm500mm) 确保压入过程中催化剂不会被压碎,或有超过外观要求的破损(催化剂外观破损标准由 Faurecia 公司提供) 对于不同直径的产品,可以通过简单快捷的模具转换来切换 尽可能减小设备的占地面积 催化剂的压入速度可调整 在催化剂压入过程中,压入力可以一直被监控 配有简单台面及简单夹具,以便于对催化剂进行捆绑2. 设备定义a) 定义上下料由手工完成,大致结构可参见附图 5(Faurecia 提供并解释),采用自上而下压入催化剂的方式b) 工艺材料工装夹具根据工艺需求和美观要求选用材料。c

4、) 工序零件组合d) 每次放一件到工装夹具上;e) 工装夹具要求: 良好的定位性能; 足够的刚性支撑; 确保机器的模具安装接口尺寸符合 Faurecia 公司提供的图纸( 附图 6)f) 具有安全防护装置或系统g) 设备长宽高(单位 MM):供应商提供3 系统功能1) 满足工艺流程的需要。2) 可对机器进行手动、自动控制3) 机器有充分的照明,8 气管,控制柜外预留 220V 插座4) 气动元件使用 FESTO 产品,加装合理防护罩5) 设备在保证刚性基础上,充分考虑人体工程学,操作面应在 1.1M 左右6) 各传感器,接近开关应使用现场总线控制,方便维护,气路由阀岛控制,PLC 选用西门子

5、S73007) 所有标准件需提供规格型号,非标件.夹具需提供详细图纸8) 提供操作,维修,保养,特殊部件手册4 设备能力a)此设备每周使用 5 天,每天使用 8 小时。b) 设备应适应:1)环境温度:-1065设备无故障连续运转时间:2 年(即设备主要部分无故障,且不因设备故障而连续停产 24 小时以上)h) MTBF:两次故障间隔运转时间30 天i) MTTR :每次故障维修时间 10 分钟。5 安全防护设备周围应设有应对系统的危害因素进行辨识,并在适当位置加上醒目的警示牌。设备技术任务书 编号: 2019-7-25 页次:4/116 使用要求a) 可互换性产品切换时的模具转换时间(一人操作

6、)不得超过 10 分钟。b) 工装标识设备底座及旋转支架表面喷涂白色油漆(RAL9010)所有可运动部件的喷涂黄色 RAL1028,电气箱灰色 RAL7032,并在面对操作者一面喷涂红色醒目工装标识。工装各分部应在非工作面打印工装标识(工装部件代号)。c) 清洗质量目标:目测,无油,无残留杂质。7. 环境要求 设备应确保所使用的原材料、排放物等不会对环境造成影响,符合国家及地方有关法律法规的各项要求,可参见附录:CHD-F-LSE-9516 表。8. 维护保养对预防性维护的性质和频次进行定义。提供易损件的名称和数量。在调试后更新图纸。操作说明书中需清晰地说明以下几个方面:a) 操作工工作时须覆

7、盖的区域b) 易损件更换的方法c) 工装的更换方法,同时注明待操作的部件的重量d) 工装维护的方法9. 文件资料FESC 需提供:1) 图纸资料各一套:2) 产品样件各一套(供工装设备调试参考):a) 调试零件 30 套供应商需提供:a) 设备正常运转所需资源数据(电压、压缩空气等),及体积重量。b) 产品寿命卡;c) 传动系统图;d) 操纵流程图;e) 电力、液压、气压和润滑设备的明细表和系统图;f) 易损件和备件清单;g) 设备使用说明,包括关键点、安全注意事项和搬运;h) 预防性维护说明;i) 工装几何尺寸合格的三坐标检测报告(依据零件图的几何尺寸);j) 按 PSE 设备布局的建议(

8、65 项标准)填写 PSE 65 项标准评分表(见附录:CALCULATION SHEET FOR 65 CRITERIA)。所有的图纸至少也应该刻录在 CD 光盘上,文件的格式必须符合规定。10. 供应商职责供应商负责设备工装的研发(夹具定位部分除外)、制造、运输、卸货、安装以及设备在客户工厂的重新调准、安装并启动工装设备,让客户即可使用。对此设备的使用者(技术工程师,生产人员等)进行培训。培训将在设备交付使用前及安装调试时进行,由供应商派来的调试工程师主讲。11. 验收条件在设备验收前由 FSBC 工程部会同设备工程师对供应商所有文件进行验审(一套完整的文件:包括操作工位图、工装布置图、场

9、地平面布置图、电力、气压和液压系统图等等)。a) 预验收由 FSBC 工程部会同制造部和质量部根据技术任务书,在供应商处对此检测设备进行预验收。设备技术任务书 编号: 2019-7-25 页次:5/11待检查的项目:1) 自动方式的运行;(如果有)2) 安全性;在调试完毕和工序能力确认后,供应商必须用销钉固定此设备和工装,供应商必须对设备和工装图纸进行更新。在预验收时如果发现与技术任务书不符,可以提出对设备和工装进行修改,但这些更改必须在正式交付前完成。b) 最终验收最终验收将在 FSBC 工程部收到所有文件和设备启动后在 FCAS 工厂内进行。 最终验收的目的是检查:-根据给定的产品,连续加

10、工 50 件,无任何不符合要求的产品缺陷出现(或双方再书面确定)与技术任务书不相符的项目以及在预验收时发现的问题或正式交付后才出现的问题都必须消除才能通过最终验收。12. 进度表该机器交付及可投入使用时间不得晚于 2008 年 7 月 10 日供应商一旦确定,必须尽快制订进度表,并定期向 FSBC 通报工作进展情况。在需要进行调试和工序能力测量之前,供应商必须通知 FSBC 提供零件的数量及时间。在供应商投标的时候,必须向 FSBC 明确用什么方法来测量工装以保证几何尺寸和工序能力符合要求。13. 保修售后保修期限和条件与采购部共同协商决定。如设备发生故障反应时间:最长不得超过 12 小时。1
