3、含多种生长因子的富血小板血浆有促进神经再生作用。翻转静脉移植物可代替自体神经移植物修复短距离神经缺损。实验假设翻转静脉移植物填充富血小板血浆后,修复大鼠缺损坐骨神经效果更好。结果显示,填充富血小板血浆的翻转静脉移植物修复大鼠 10mm 坐骨神经缺损伤后:(1)大鼠坐骨神经功能明显较单纯翻转静脉移植物改善,甚至在 6 和8 周时,坐骨神经功能较自体坐骨神经移植更好;(2 )坐骨神经有髓轴突数量多于单纯翻转静脉移植物;轴突直径和髓鞘厚度较单纯翻转静脉移植物大,与自体坐骨神经移植相近。说明填充富血小板血浆的翻转静脉移植物有潜力代替自体神经修复坐骨神经短距离缺损。关键词: 神经再生; 周围神经损伤;
