Expressing regret at inability to accept the offer and giving reasons for that. (表达不能接受报盘的遗憾并说明理由) 1) Unfortunately we canno

The prices you quoted are much higher than those of manufacturers.(很遗憾我们不能接受你方报盘。你方报价比其他厂商所报价格高得多。) 2) We regret that your counter-offer is unacceptable to us since your counter-offer leaves us with only a small profit. We believe that the price we quoted is quite realistic. (由于
