2、三)情感培养学生学习英语的兴趣。并通过对加拿大有关信息的学习,培养学生了解英语国家自然风光及文化的兴趣。三、教学重点听说认读 U.S.,know。口语简单介绍美国。四、教学媒体1世界地图、美国加拿大地图。2不同国家国旗或图片。3Niagara Falls ,the Statue of Liberty 等视频资源。4录音机,磁带(音频资源)五、教学过程1导入1)Daily Greeting.2)游戏:猜国家小组接力赛(各个小组进行抢答)教师播放视频或出示图片,让学生猜国家:如教师出示长城图片T: Where is it from?S: China?T: What do they speak in
3、 China?S: Chinese.教师播放 Niagara Falls 视频, T: Where is it from?S: Canada.T: What do they speak in Canada?S: English and French.教师接着出示其它有关这两个国家的图片或播放有关视频,比赛进行。2呈现新课1)教师 the Statue of Liberty 视频,T: Do you know what it is?S: T: Where is it from?如果学生能回答是 America 或 U.S., 教师要给予学生表扬,并鼓励学生。如果学生回答不上来,教师可以继续引导,
