11、在复混肥料造粒中的应用研究徐鹏翔,李国学,陈丽君(中国农业大学 资源与环境学院 环境科学与工程系,北京 100094)摘 要利用自制改性淀粉黏结剂对单养分化肥、多养分化肥和有机无机复混肥进行了造粒试验,分析了黏结剂和原料对肥料成粒性能的影响。研究结果表明:黏度为 14 mPas 左右的黏结剂适合于磷酸二铵的造粒,黏度为 20 mPas 左右的黏结剂适合于硫酸钾造粒,黏度为 27 mPas 左右的黏结剂适合于尿素、磷酸二铵、硫酸钾混合肥料的造粒,尿素的加入量对无机混合肥料的成粒性能影响较大;对于有机无机复混肥造粒来说,黏度为 30 mPas 的黏结剂成粒性能好;从成粒率和颗粒粒度两方面综合考虑,

The effects of
14、 adhesive and materials on the granulation properties of fertilizers are analyzed. The results show: the adhesive of 14 mPas is fit for the granulation of DAP, the adhesive of 20 mPas for potassium sulfate, the adhesive of 27mPas for compound fertilizer from Urea, DAP and Potassium sulfate raw mater
15、ials. The adding dosage of Urea has obvious effects on the granulation of compound fertilizer. For organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, the adhesive of 30 mPas has the highest granularity and better granulation property. Considering from the points of granulation ratio and granularity, the materia
16、ls sieved by 40 mesh sieve has the best granulation property. The organic matter can accelerate the granulation of mixing organic-inorganic fertilizer, and the fertilizer has higher granularity and better granulation property when the organic matter content is more than 25%.Key words: starch adhesiv
